We received a quote from this business owner in the middle of June 2024 for out door lights on our new home. We reviewed the quote and agreed to the deal. We paid **** ****** a deposit of $2000.00 on a $2700.00. They were suppose to install our lights in late July 2024 but there was a family tragedy which **** had contacted us said his crew was going to show up on that Saturday and we stayed.home all day with no one showing up. After 3 weeks I had finally spoke with **** and he said he would be out September 23 2024 to install the lights and would finish up on the 24th. We left our home unlocked all day and he never showed up nor did he call. I have a call log as well email and text logs trying to contact him regarding this issue and he refuses to get back to us regarding this issue. We thought he was an honest business man but maybe we are wrong. All we want is either our Job done or a return of our money of $2000.00. We do have the quote as well a receipt of the down payment. We have internet service with his other company so how would he like it if we didnt pay that bill or give him his equipment back when we change service providers. We have attempted to contact him on his cell as well his email, his office phone and no return calls left messages . Please advise our options.

At Hawkstone Integration, we value our customers and take every commitment seriously. We would like to address the concerns raised by ***** ***** regarding the installation of his lighting system.

Due to unforeseen circumstances that prevented us from commencing the scheduled installation on September 23, 2024, there was an unexpected delay in which caused significant flaws in communication and instllation. We sincerely regret any inconvenience this delay has caused. We understand how important timely service is and are committed to ensuring our clients expectations are met.

In an effort to resolve this matter, we have been actively working with Mr. ****** We have returned the equipment and materials to the manufacturer, which resulted in a partial refund. In recognition of the circumstances and after mutual discussion, we have agreed on a settlement amount of $1,500. We are currently processing the remaining balance to be refunded as part of this resolution.

We appreciate Mr. ****** patience as we work through this matter and remain committed to providing high-quality service to all our customers. We have learned from this experience and are implementing measures to improve communication and service continuity in the future.

    Thank you for your understanding.
