      My pregnant fianc is constantly harassed and discriminated because she is pregnant. They are making her do things because she is pregnant. She comes home crying because everyone makes comments on her food choices and constantly asking when is she gonna quit or when is the baby due. This as been going on for the entire pregnancy. They make her stand all day. And they even make her drive to other offices in the middle of the summer. Constant weight remarks and just comment that are not needed

      I received cataract surgery in Oct 2023 by *******************. I specified an exact vision I wanted to receive. It was the return to my vision before the appearance of the cataract. The Dr performed the surgery without ever requesting my vision files from my referring optometrist. As a result I now have horrible vision in that eye and have to wear 2 different pairs of glasses. I have never worn glasses regularly to that point. The company has not made any effort to rectify this situation - going so far as the institute director telling me " Well if you wanted that vision ***************** then you should have made sure that the surgeon had your files." They told me he repaired my vision to 20/20 and intermediate near sighted? How can I have both - no response. They also claimed my brain was not accepting my clear vision. They have sent a variety of bills after the surgery with ever changing amounts despite the fact that all their literature states all money owed will be paid prior to the surgery. Which I did. This has been going on for months now and they are threatening collections for a surgeon performing eye surgery with clear negligence on his part by not obtaining my vision files. I even went to a different surgeon at the same institute to be told " Well he got close". Sadly close to what I requested is not an acceptable outcome where my vision is concerned.

      I am rejecting this response because: The response from ****** ****** is the first and only attempt by North Idaho Eye/ Cataract ************** to rectify this situation after multiple calls and registered letters to this business. This has been on going since last October and now they have sent my account to collections and duplicated it with another higher amount by almost double. I have had a call with Ms ****** today and I am awaiting her solution. I do not hold out much hope as the last year of trying to deal with this has been totally unproductive. I will update this when I receive Ms ******** response.

      I am rejecting this response because: as of this date I have only spoken with ****** ****** once over two weeks ago and the business has made no further contacts nor offered resolution. I will alert you when and if I have a response from the business .  Their track record shows a lack of commitment to customer service and inadequate follow through. I'm hoping Ms ****** will be different.

      I have to get testing done well guess what I can't why because they are saying I owe for a 2018 bill and heres my issue with this I always had to pay upfront when seen and I actually went to ******* and was seen then because I had found out they were cheaper so I went in 2017 paid upfront got glasses( at *******) and I wasn't see again till this year 2023 at a different eye place again paid upfront. This is not ok I wasn't seen in 2018 and always had to and did pay upfront. I just found out that they are claiming I owe almost 5 hundred dollars or I would have complained sooner.
