    On 12/27/24 at 7:50am I was driving by the ******* rest stop on E-I-90. A mixing truck was in the right lane as I was passing and a large rock approximately four inches long dislodged from the truck and hit my vehicles windshield from above creating a web of cracks and showering me in shards of glass. I took what pictures of the truck I could. The side had the logo of the business CDA redi Mix and the number CM33. The truck exited at ***** and went south. I pulled into a grocery store and there happened to be a city officer nearby. We made a report (24C52966). I called the business CDA Redi Mix and was sent to voicemail. But received a call back and was sent to the voicemail of the safety manager. I left voicemails explaining the situation and asking for a reimbursement for the damage to my windshield that would now need replaced. The safety manager did not call back. I called again the following Monday and was told by the safety manager that there was no possibility that they were at blame and that they would not assist me in any way. I had to pay the money to replace my windshield as my insurance did not cover that. I would like the insurance information of CDA Redi Mix so that I can file a claim to get reimbursed for the cost of my windshield and the need to take responsibility for the unsafe transport of their vehicles.
