    Do not use his business!!! They did a bait and switch on **. They charged us $395 for an evaluation of our bat problem. The estimate was $1000-3000 for bat exclusion. The guy from Castle assured us we had a minor problem, but one that needed to be addressed immediately. Three guys spent a day working and then handed us a bill for $5092 for phase 1! We were so shocked we wrote the check without thinking. They charged ** $630 for travel time from ****************** to ********* **. When we tried to find out how much phase 2 would be, he said it would be less, 10-20% less than phase 1. That would be an additional $4000. After talking to other experts, we found that we really didnt much of what we did because we dont have an attic. I am embarrassed that we were such fools, but I also want to warn others. If I could give zero stars I would.
