    Purchased a Vehicle from Hayden Cars . In the advertisement said it had new Power-steering set up several other new items . I also texted them after seeing pics and asked about the heater and ******* , was told yes it had them working. Also was told it had no problem running at 75MPH . Is showed up with the heater components stripped out of it , power steering spraying under the hood and After I told them it wouldnt go over 50 MPH The Owner and Finance officer told me it was geared too low to go any faster . I was told it was mechanically sound and its not even street legal due to no working turn signals , no horn . I offered to pay to return it for a refund they refused. I told them I would have it fixed and send them the bill , they refused . This vehicle is not even close to what they advertised or what I asked about thru text .

    Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify our position. All vehicles sold by our dealership are purchased "as-is", which was clearly stated at the time of sale. We encourage all customers to personally inspect vehicles before purchase, especially when buying from out of state. In this case, the customer chose not to do so, which we respected as his decision. As a courtesy, we provided multiple pictures and videos as per the customer's request, to ensure the customer had a clear understanding of the vehicle's condition before finalizing the purchase. Unfortunately, due to the "as-is" nature of the sale, we are unable to offer a refund or take the vehicle back. We recommend thoroughly reviewing all documentation and considering a personal inspection in future transactions. 

     We stand by the information provided and the terms of the sale.
