    Worked with Lowes in 2019 to get a new AC unit installed as the original one with this house was apparently bad. At the time, ***** had *** as their preferred 3rd party contractor for ****. *** installed a Lennox unit. It has literally never functioned properly in any of the time we have had it. Constant calls to *** got nowhere in terms of finding the issue, it was always just refilling the unit with refrigerant ($300-400 every time for 8lbs). Every time I tried to talk to a manager, I would get passed on to one *** after another who couldnt do anything in terms of helping out with figuring out the issue. Earlier this year they had a new *** try to help out but he was such a moron I dont even have words. We then called another company who is a ****** preferred dealer and servicer. They ran a nitrogen test and within 2 weeks were able to discern that the inside coil (that ACI provided and installed way back in 2019) was the culprit. The fact that ACI couldnt ever do this work leads me to believe that either 1) they are incompetent or 2) they willingly didnt want to bring to light that their coil was installed poorly or the unit itself is faulty. Either way, if I could give this company 0 stars I would. To top things off, the new ********** I am now working with is questioning if *** even ever registered the coil unit, as they are having some issues finding it in their system. It has a 10 year warranty so I should 100% have warranty coverage on this still. Shake on you ACI. You are the worst ********** I have ever worked with and I truly mean that.

    First Im a small business owner and like to do good business. I received a email from ******* who sent me a bill for $110.00. I had 3 companies come out for my estimate and went with another company after they really went out of the way to get me in and give me a good price on running new electrical from my box to a 220 outlet about 30 feet. ******* says she is the one who took my call and at first said they were sorry for not being upfront. Then the next email was the complete opposite. If they told me i would have just said ok Ill try somebody else. Now being threatened to be sent to collections for the $110.00 bill. Im sending a check only to not mess up my credit. Just appreciate being done right and honesty and upfront.

It is ACIs policy to always quote upfront what any service we provide is so there is no hidden cost. When you had one of our licensed electricians come to your business he came with all the accreditation, licensing & knowledge required to provide a full scope of work and proposal for your project. When we send a professional to a home there is a small cost to do this and if the customer chooses to proceed with the proposal through ACI we wave this fee. If the customer chooses to use another vendor, we understand you have options, but the information provided by our professional, is worth this small assessment fee charged, as he put time and effort into designing the electrical circuit and made sure that your current electrical system could support the added circuit and load on your electrical panel.     All I am saying is to be upfront and say something like we charge $110 dollars for estimate before we send someone out is that ok with you. Thats it. Upfront. PERIOD

    ACI improperly installed a new heating unit in my elderly mother's home. It has been 3 years multiple call backs to help provide heat and ACI fired my mom as a client stating she was never satisfied. We have report from actual manufacturer and another company providing proof they did not install right and destroyed her boiler from misuse and wrong installation. DO NOT USE ACI. IF YOU DO NOT LIKE THEIR IMPROPER INSTALLATIONS THEY WILL FIRE YOU AS A CLIENT. THEY ARE A RIP OFF! MY MOM STILL DOES NOT HAVE WORKING HEATER $22,000 + all callbacks to fix problem they created and never solved!

    ACI offers each one of our customers who purchase a new system from us a one-year 100% money-back guarantee to make sure that the customer has no risk with their new investment for one full year. Your mother had this option and chose not to use it as the first year the system was operating as sold and was in great working order. In the following time frame the system not associated with what ACI supplied began to have issues, ACI then as a courtesy provided many hours of free service to try to help your mother out. Once there was a need for additional work to correct the failures of the attached system the relationship became very negative and ACI chose to step aside and encouraged your mother to use another contractor due to the aggressive rhetoric that was being put upon our employees. I am sorry that the situation progressed this way but we do understand sometimes things happen out of our control and we understand the need to sometimes shop for other options.Sincere regards, ACI Northwest
