    Accent Fabrication and Design was hired by my builder to create a custom fabricated railing for my new home. To being with, they installed the railing even though the prep work had not been done by the builder. The welds looked like a kid in shop class did them. The entire railing looked like ***************** with no credentials installed it. Absolutely awful workmanship and they clearly did not take accurate measurements as nothing lined up correctly. They didn't even patch the holes from the powder coating. I brought this to the attention of my builder/fabricator immediately and here we are 5 months later with an incomplete railing. The owner is dodgy and cancels appointments and reschedules for weeks and months on end. He is extremely rude and unprofessional and does not take responsibility for his workmanship. We finally just got another fabricator to finish his job. He also lied straight to my face about a piece that "got mixed in with another powder coating job" even though he forgot to fabricate it at all. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!!!! You've been warned.
