  This company was deceitful and unethical in their practices, and I cannot recommend strongly enough avoiding doing business with them. Their original invoice they sent us included an additional $85 credit card fee if we chose to pay via card. We paid with check instead. They followed up with another invoice one week later showing that we owed an outstanding balance of $85 -- but the credit card fee was removed from the invoice and the price of the item had been raised by $85. When we pushed back, *********************** at North Sculpture claimed that it was the original invoice that had been sent, despite the fact it was dated a week later than the original and I sent him a copy of the original which included the credit card fee. He refused to ship our order until we paid the $85, and was brash and rude in followup email conversations. We had to have the items for our business so we eventually relented and paid the $85 that we never should have owed. After we paid we heard nothing from North Sculpture for 14 days. We checked in with them then, and they promised the items would be shipped within the next two days -- no apology or anything for the two-week delay. We checked in with them a week after the items were supposed to ship because we *still* hadn't heard anything, and they promised they would ship them the very next day. One week later we checked in with them *again* and got no response for three days. Finally, they sent us a shipping confirmation -- more than one month later than they originally promised. We will never use this business again for any reason, and strongly recommend everyone steer clear of them and their shady, unresponsive, deceitful, and ridiculously slow business practices as well.
