    Service Date: December 5, 6 , 2023 Location of Service: ******************************************************* For a diagnose of refrigerant leak. Invoice includes $300 service call charge plus Field labor of $525 with $150 hourly rate for 3.5 hours. Total $825. But the same company was contacted by the previous owner for the same broken unit 2 years prior. I was not informed the $ amount of the service call neither do I agree to double payment of service call charge on top of diagnostic charge . Please note tgat $825 has not been paid

    Dec 5, 2023   Fox Creek was contacted by the property manager of 1115  Indian Paintbrush, ******, ** *****.  The complaint was an upstairs head not working.  Our fee for a service call/diagnostic is $300.00 for the first hour with labor charges of $150/hr thereafter.  This information is available to any customer if they ask.  The original call came from the property manager not **************.  Diagnostic findings were:  Upstairs head plastic pieces broken and would need to be replaced. Head not working due to a leak behind the head that was most likely caused when head was hit with something. Also, evidence that another **** company has fixed a leak on another part of the system and attempted to locate a leak behind the head as leak stop was present on fittings. In order to find leaks, the system needs to have refrigerant removed, refilled with nitrogen to test for location of leaks.  Leaks found behind head.  Leaks were found but not repaired per customers request.  ************** was given quotes on repair pricing.  No repairs made as of now either.

    Fox Creek was called to this residence approximately 2 years ago to look at a head that had plastic pieces broken.  At that time, no repairs were made per the homeowner. Also, this home was not under a service contract with Fox Creek,therefore, we have no idea what has/has not been done to the **** system. 

    I believe through a home inspection prior to purchase, it was noted that the upstairs head had broken plastic pieces and not working.  During this time a separate **** company came to make repairs.  Looks as though one repair was made and another was not detected.  Yes, Fox Creek had been called to this house prior to Ms. ****** call but, due to other companies working on system we needed to do a proper diagnosis not  relying on word of mouth or 2 year old information. 

    At this time, ************** has paid $300.00 of the outstanding bill of $825.00.  She has determined that our services are only worth $300.00.
