      The ****** organization from *****, ID who comes to the Tractor Supply store in ******************, ****, is extremely unprofessional and gives out false information regarding rabies vaccinations. Because of them, now my dog will have to have another ****************** in 1 year. Even though he has now had 2 rabies vaccinations and he's 18 months old, the ******* organization told me all I had to do was submit proof he had a 1 year vaccine previously and this new vaccination would then be made a 3 year vaccination. I unfortunately was not made aware that I was supposed to bring his previous ****************** certificate but they told me I could email it to them afterand they would still give him the current rabies vaccinination today. So they went ahead and gave him his ****************** which was supposed to be good for 3 years. Turns out when I called this organization today to find out how to email my old rabies certificate to them so they would change the vaccination to a 3 year instead of a 1 year vaccination, now they won't accept my dogs previous ****************** certificate because it was expired by 3 days!! I called and complained to the service *** on the phone that the vet never told me that the rabies certificate couldn't be expired, vet just said to submit it to their company and they would change the rabies shot from a 1 year to a 3 year shot. The ****** service *** actually said their veterinarians don't know their policies!! I am livid over this that my dog now has to be exposed unnecesarily to another rabies shot next year because this company and their employess misinformed me and didn't tell me their policy!! HAD I KNOWN THIS, I WOULD NOT HAVE ALLOWED THEM TO GIVE MY DOG THE RABIES VACCINE WHICH IS ONLY GOOD FOR 1 YEAR NOW. I could have easily taken my dog to my own private veterinarian for his 3 year rabies shot, no questions asked.

      I have taken my dogs for vaccines to the VIP Petcare clinics before with no problems. However, I took my dog for a rabies vaccine and the certificate was only for 1 year. I had assumed that since the last vaccine they had given my dog was for 3-years, I would get the same. I just spent 30 minutes waiting for customer service, but couldn't' wait any longer. So I now have to get my dog vaccinated again next year, over exposing her. It's a scam for sure to make more money. Shady! I'll go to my regular vet and pay extra for the lower risk to my pets' health and honesty.

      ***this business has already been held responsible for the death of ******** ******* due to improper animal restraint protocols in 2022. They have not trained employees yet!?? "... The defendants were negligent." **** Now my story same exact problem with different outcome only by luck... 1 pm 2/22/25 Springfield pet supplies plus The employee checking me in was great. But the two employees administering the vaccination are a LIABILITY BECAUSE THEY FAILED. Are they actually trained or wearing scrubs as a costume? The inability to properly restrain a small feline injured me and the employee, and put my cat in severe danger by being lost or harmed by dogs or let out the door and hit by a car or breaking his neck! He hanged as he fell off the table before he broke out of the slip knot. If these are trained vet techs they could handle a 1 yo cat. This is poor training or sloppy behavior. I didn't sign up to chase my cat after it HUNG ITSELF!! I took a small 1 yo feline for a booster shot. They put a harness slip knot around his neck. Upon attempting to inject the small cat flinched which a COMPETENT tech would handle but instead they let loose dropping the needle and the cat hung himself before running and hiding in the store. I was able to retrieve five isles over under the large rack shelving. The one employee just walked around saying can you open a can of catfood?" while I'm running thru the store yelling shut the doors and almost grasping the kitty as he runs past semi restrained obviously poorly trained dogs barking etc. They proceeded to use the syringe from the floor where animals s*** This is your business and you failed. If he had got out the door there would be an unsolvable problem instead of settlement. I have a deep cut in my hand and my new pants bloodstained. More importantly you failed basic restraint injuring one employee *** customer. Also my mental injury to be put into fight or flight is not for preventable nonsense. Same for my cat.

      I have called for my pet's records, had them emailed to me, and then when I went to get them for the regular vet, it said the link was expired! The link should never expire for my own pet's records! Second, I was called over 5 times by your company after 10 pm. At least 4 of these calls were after midnight and I have record of 2 voicemails at after 2 am!! Do you have any idea how illegal that is?? I am reporting your company to the better business bureau and contacting a lawyer. I have used tractor supply for these services in the past and have never had this kind of issue! I have physical proof of these calls and voicemails along with the times!I still had to request a second time to get my own pet's records. They also send a lot of text requesting you to buy whatever medications through them. They do not provide a prescription except for the store they endorse.

      Services are SHADY. At any turn they force more vaccinations than required to make a dollar. Annual rabies shot was due 2 months ago so they would only say this next shot was good for a year.goes against all logic.

      Due to a lapse in coverage it is a standard of care as well as manufacture directions to require a booster of the vaccine to ensure coverage and prevention of disease. All vaccines that are not required by law are discussed prior to services and signed for by the owner.

      After working as a contract veterinarian here for 7.5 years, I left on a horrible note. This company will betray your goodwill after you have bent your back and revolved your entire life around it. I found myself in a situation wishing I had been a self protective a****** instead of bothering to communicate with these newer coworkers who then stabbed me in the back. Although there were many good people who worked here, they managed to hire enough two-faced people to drive a veterinarian to a situation that completely destroyed my mental health. Beware. Don't kill yourself over this company, because I almost did.

      HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN WELLNESS CENTER!!! they advertise as a walk-in clinic. BUT...be aware you may not be seen...even if-* you arrived 2 hours before closing * there is only 1 person ahead of you in line HOW CAN THAT HAPPEN YOU ASK??*well, they took an hour and 20 min. with 1 dog.*They announced 40 minutes before closing they cannot see any other customers *last customer they took (CUSTOMER IN FRONT OF ME) was only in with vet 15 min. which left them with a half hour before closing to see me. which they refused!CALL IT WHAT YOU WANT...I SAY LAZY, LACK OF CARE FOR CUSTOMERS!

      I was there for a puppy vaccination. Extra Heartgard was added to my bill after I said that I did not want it or need it. I asked of it was a sample and was told that it was included in my package. I called as soon as i saw it on the bill. the employee who did it lied to customer service and told them that she explained the charge to me. **************** took her side would not refund the over charge. This is very deceptive and wrong. All they needed to do was refund the extra charge but instead they chose to lose a 15 year customer who always recommend their services. Now I have to file a dispute with the ***** **************** is not that hard.

      Have walk in clinic. Told to wait behind the sign and someone would be out. So , no one on line. 25 minutes later went in and was told they would be right with me. 30 minutes after that still no one has come out. Almost an hour of waiting outside and still no one. At least come out take name and call when ready. Customer service is non existent.

      Worse experience. Charged more than what was on the website. There was no love her kindness treated towards my animals. The tech yelled at me when I tried to speak to my dog. She was crying when I try to comfort her, the vet tech yelled at me told me I wasnt to touch my dog. The website doesnt tell you to bring a stool sample and they give you a little container. Tell you to come back in four weeks with a stool sample, or you can get a stool sample and drop it off at some other location further away from your home They said on the website that they were going to do vitals. The only vital they took the temperature. They said they would email an itemized receipt to me the evening of my procedures I didnt receive it. I went on their website three times requesting it and still waiting for it.
