    On 17 May 2022, committed a payment of $1,369.00 the business for telescope equipment (specialize solar filter). An additional requirement was provided by business for an additional $150.00 for a fabricated holder for filter as follows:"The spun aluminum cell is custom made, and will likely take about 4 weeks (approximate). Well need to know your telescopes dewshield OD (to nearest millimeter). We would ask for prepayment, since this is a custom item"All payment's were provided to the business at that time.Awaiting several weeks going into months, inquiries were made to business via email regarding status. While responses were in fact made in all fariness to them, this order that I made has a dependency that far exceeds the delivery time as quoted.It is understandable that special order or customization may take longer, but feel that based on trend of email replies recieved, feel that I can expect no delivery of what was paid for.Email history of coordination/inquiry has been provided to show a timeline.
