    - Placed order on 8/10/24 - Order # ****** - Product did not meet my satisfaction - Attempted an online return on 8/29/24 - Return portal not working - ***************** via email on 8/29/24 to advise issue and was told they would work to fix return portal - As of 9/3, return portal not working and I cannot process my return for a refund

    Customer reached out for a return. Once we received the information needed to complete the return (photo of item[s] customer wished to return) we issued a pre-paid return label through ****. This package was marked delivered to our office Saturday - September 14th, 2024 by ****. Because our office hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4pm this package has not yet been processed. Also, our return policy states that returns can take up to 1-2 weeks to be proceed - however our team typically can process packages the same day they were delivered.

    *** contacted them in reference to my order for over a week. My package says it was shipped July 5th but has not moved since according to the tracking information.

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out to us! Yes, this package was shipped out through **** on July 6th, we did have to wait for a response from our customer to confirm the shipping address - as you can see in the first reference photo - the customer's address was showing missing information from ***********. The first package showed it arrived at the Eagle, ***** ************ but never left. We reached out to them for our customer to see if someone could find this package. Once we heard back and it was claimed as lost - we shipped a new package out to ************ and his package is now expected to arrive Wednesday the 19th (see photo #3).

    False advertising. Bait and switch.Roma text messaging support will not help resolve and will not honor their clear advertisement of free shipping for a $50+ subtotal order. When adding a particular item to the cart, a pop-up window appears in an attempt to upsell you to purchase a second, same item for a discount of $5 for two of that item. Additionally, clearly shown within that pop-up window is the statement of free shipping for a $50+ order.Text support agent will not honor advertised offer. Agent does not take accountability, is argumentative, and displays avoidance, vagueness, deception, lies, repetitiveness, disrespect, condescension. My repeated requests, then demands, for a manager to connect with me have all been belatedly responded to with obvious avoidance, delay, vagueness, and blatantly being blown off.Tap on reviews at romadesignerjewelry.com to see that there are no reviews!     Thanks for reaching out! We had been in correspondence with ********************** over our ********* messaging system. This is an auto reply text messaging system that allows customers to speak with AI specialists and then is moved up to our Customer Support Team as necessary. Mr. ********************** was helped by our team an reassured that we could issue him a refund, if our system had incorrectly charged him (as we sometimes have to do with this ************** Purchase Deal" We had been correcting an issue with the advertising stating Free Shipping over $50 when it should have said over $100. We refunded many customer that day that had this issue. ********************** has never placed an order with us, or as we assured him- we would have refunded him. Instead, ********************** harassed our customer service team with profanities and inappropriate comments. Because of this we had told ********************** that we do not appreciate how he has worked with our team and we will not be doing business with him in the future. 

     

    The files attached (2 & 3) are messages from ******** before our customer service had even gotten the chance to speak with him. The first file is his response to our team letting him know we have fixed our mistake to a pop-up offer that is frequently changed and if he had placed an order we would have refunded him right away, just like our other customers. Unfortunately, ******** did message us on a Friday after we all went home and our Office Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm MT so he did have to wait some time to get in contact with us.
