    I purchased 3 Gift Certificates in 2019, I tried to use the downtown ***** location since I am less than 3 minutes away, but they closed it down due to the renovations of the building they are in. So I had to drive out to Eagle, I tried to use the ** only to be told it expired, I pointed out the law to her, she stated they are "exempt" from it, I asked her, are you in the state of *****? Her reply was yes, I told and showed her the law, they would not honor the **, I had to pay an additional $22 to have it "renewed" This is NOT the law, I purchased and they need to honor them. I am letting the other 2 go, due to the poor management at the ***** location. Someone needs to inform them of the law, not their version of it. ** Federal law requires a minimum of 5 years from the date of purchase before it expires.Poor business policy - one less customer that will make sure everyone knows about you and your poor customer service.
