    Three charges on the same day - 1/29/24. I have sent them an e-mail request, and was told someone will reply (soon), but no one ever replied.

    I went online and purchased their Doodly app, unable to download. They direct you to the ********* store which does not have the product to download and the download app they provide does not download, and it is impossible getting through their customer service.

    We initially received a request for help downloading our app on March 9, 2024, right after ************ purchased. We provided directions and she requested to cancel and receive a refund. The refund was provided as soon as she verified her account, which was 5 days after the initial contact.

    I bought a lifetime Doodly package quite some time ago, only to find out I could not use it on my Chromebook, so I wasn't able to use it for several years. It's a lifetime package.I have a desk top. I can't use it on my desktop. I have contacted Doodly/Voomly numerous times since attempting to use it on my desktop and they only give me a massive run around. They do nothing to make it accessible to me. I sent them copies of my purchase agreement, and their responses are all just b.s. I am stuck in poverty and working very hard to escape it. I am an intelligent and well-educated elderly woman. I am making a class for Udemy and I need to be able to use the Doodly/Voomly platform for some of the lessons. I paid for it. I need to be able to use it. I am driving freaking DoorDash and Uber eats which are keeping me below $10/hour, sometimes $3.00/hour. I CAN'T DO THIS! I only need to be able to start posting classes and start getting an income. I can't post classes because they won't make good my lifetime purchase with them.I am so sick of being jerked around by these businesses. All I want from Doodly/Voomly is to be able to freaking log in and use it. They absolutely refuse to help me do that. They just give me one freaking run around after another.

    First and foremost, I want to clarify that Doodly/Voomly does work on PC and Mac, but as you mentioned it doesn't work on Chromebook. I understand that you've reached out to our support team multiple times and have not received the assistance you need. However, looking at our end, I can see that our team did provide guidance on upgrading to the Voomly Cloud which will give you the ability to use it on your Chromebook, however, we haven't heard back from you on your support ticket.
