    False information so I was told by the marshal and by a couple employees at the front desk that me and my kids were aloud to fish the big pond by the building well today I got told by upper management that nobody is aloud to fish the pond but yet I live next to the golf course and every day I see 5-6 people come down there and fish and they dont get yelled at but yet there located in the middle of a neighbor hand there is no signs saying anything about not being aloud to fish the pond I wanna know who I have to contact higher ** in the business or ownership to get permission

    We apologize that you were told misinformation, but it is our policy to not allow non-golfing activities on the golf course including fishing, dog walking, bicycling, etc.  Our marshalls and other staff will be instructed to now be more strict in following this policy.  There are several signs along the golf course that specifically note "NO TRESPASSING", "************" and show a no fishing symbol.  Fishing in our golf course irrigation ponds is dangerous because you are in the direct path of golf ***** and could be seriously injured if hit by a golf ball.

    Please utilize the public parks in and around Eagle where fishing is allowed without going onto private party.  *********************** and Eagle Island both have fishing ponds.  Fishing is allowed in the river along the Greenbelt in Eagle and Garden City.  The pond near Eagle and ******** road is regularly stocked with fish and recommended by other fishermen we know.
