  I have provided all the income documentation for what I am paid monthly by my employer of almost 12 years, in the form of bank statements, and paychecks. I filled out the application and make enough to pay the rent on the property near 2 times over. Thats even with my other monthly bills calculated in. Im then told she needs to see the Net Pay from actual paystubs. Who gives actual Paystubs anymore? Very few employers do. I have a lot of money in my checking. I wont name the amount, but its alot, and she still is ******** me over net pay. I provided this information so she could see I have emergency funds. I know I have other options for housing. I decided to write this review as a support to others who struggle with this realty in the future. Standards are good, remember youre dealing with people. Its very weird that you have all the information in front of you and, a few dollars this way or that way- especially for a single woman like me, with no kids and no pets. I have a great background report, great credit, no bankruptcies, or evictions. Theres just something messed up ** about this. Our rental market in the ***** area is high dollar if you dont want a roommate. I will figure my situation out, like I always do. I also found their processing agent very impersonable, and the process almost ****.

  I'm sorry you didn't have a good experience when applying with Andrews Properties. Please understand that I didn't mean to come across as impersonal or as someone who is hassling you. I am just doing my job to collect the necessary information.

  We at Andrews Properties have the same set of guidelines that we follow for every applicant. We are obligated under our contract with the owners of the properties we manage, to verify with documentation, the income, the criminal backgrounds and the rental history of each applicant to be able to provide good tenants for their rentals.

  Everyone receives a cover page with the application; it gives the basic breakdown of what will be needed to verify each area. It is our hope that each person looking for a rental will read through that cover page to become familiar with the guidelines & ask ** questions before applying. Most people do not read through the guidelines and the process takes a little longer than we'd like but after a lot of emailing back and forth, we get the job done. 

  As a side note that *** surprise you, about 95% of all our applicants do have paystubs or can acquire them from their employer.
