    I recently ordered a custom flatbed from bruiser built and proceeded to wire transfer a 60% deposit. The total amount wire transferred was $7,253.58. After a bit of research I discovered that they did not have an address associated with their company and had been provided an address to a vacant dirt lot for when the bed was going to be installed for free. I reached out to previous addresses bruiser built had utilized and was informed by the current business owner that he had been receiving multiple calls this month alone with the same story. Promised a custom flatbed with a lead time and delivery of about 10 weeks. I proceeded to request that my deposit be returned and have since been ghosted by a guy names Chace (pronounced *****). I have filed a report with the ************************ and I have reached out to the *** as well as the ************************ the states that are associated with this business. This is a complete scam and they are utilizing ********** to have their misleading service subsidized via Wire Transfer. When I asked if I could pay with an alternative method they said no. I will be reaching out to ********** and collecting names and information of other that have been defrauded y this company as well. Please feel free to reach out if you would like your crime to be included in the investigation.

    Ordered a flat bed paid in full the company claimed it be a 10 week turnaround after 10 weeks called to ask for updates no response after calling many times he final got back to me stating. There were delays said it should be done shortly year and half after still not flatbed and dude wont answer my calls or give me a deadline I requested my money back and no response this company is a joke and scam

    Ordered a bed Nov2021. Paid in full>. 9k. Bed was not delivered. No call back, no email. Call and text nothing.

    We bought and paid for a flatbed for my husbands truck last September. A custom build was designed, logos were requested, a mock up was sent and then invoiced. We had agreed to pick the truck bed up the same time my husband picked up his snowmobile, before winter. That was last Sept and still no truck bed. A QuickBooks invoice was sent from **************************** & paid in the amount of $10585.00. We have called we have messaged we have text, which hes responded to on occasion at first. I think weve talked to them twice since they received the money. The story the first time was theyre growing so fast they cant keep up with the demand. If we would be wait, theyd give us a 50% discount. The next time I talked to them theyd sent a refund check but since the truck bed was almost done, theyd just give us that for free. They now wont respond wont call, and still have our money. His number is ************. ******************************** is another email weve used
