    My ** was at the place of business treasure valley auto care however when I took my rv to this business it was known as euro auto repair . Apparently the building was sold to treasure valley auto care .euro had not gotten to my ** to repair it . When treasure valley bought the lot and building they had my ** towed because they said they had no information on who it belonged to from the previous owner of the building/business .i was unaware of any of this happening when I called to see if euro had finished it I was told by treasure valley they had the ** towed because it was abandoned.it wasnt I was just waiting for it to be worked on. The tow company told me where it was and guy said he would release it for ****** he also has the keys

    We are sorry that **************** never contacted you about your *** Treasure Valley Auto Care is in no way associated with them. We did not purchase the company, we did not take over the company. We are our own entity outside of them. When we started our company we were looking for a building to lease and this building came available. We contacted the property manager and signed papers to start a lease in January. The only thing we purchased from ********* was their phone number so that any customer that needed to make contact had the ability to do so. There were two vehicles left on our lot, one of which the ********* customer called us saying that he heard a new company came in and he needed to come pick up his vehicle. The second vehicle was the *** We had no contact information given that we are not associated with the company that took in the vehicle, and the vehicle was registered to ***** and Truly McGaven, (not the compaintent). We opened in January and waited until April 7th, before we contacted a towing company. We gave the ** 4 months on our lot hoping someone would call to claim it. After 4 months of not hearing anything we called ********************* and reported it abandoned. After we had it towed we received a call asking us about the *** We informed ***** that Rocky ******** towing had her vehicle and encouraged her to reach out to **************** because we knew nothing of what was happening with that vehicle. Although we are sorry she is in this situation, there is really not anything we can do because we are in no way associated with ****************. This conversation is one that needs to be had with them.
