    We purchased a stereo from sound depot in 2022. From the very beginning we have always had issues with the stereo. We have talked to sound depot multiple times and every time they say no refunds, or no there is no issues. They have been gaslighting us the whole time. The stereo resets its self to factory settings at least once to twice a week. We have told them that from the very beginning. About two weeks or so ago they had us finally bring it back in to see if they can figure out any issues. They tried ti charge me an extra 375 for two hours of work they said is only ***** an hour. But they told us they would check it out for ***** and will call if theees anything else they need to do or call us if they needed to proceed with it. That didnt Happen. They didnt call us at all. Until they were done doing whatever than trying to charge us 375. For a faulty stereo they sold us and refuses to do anything for to help because they state, theres no refunds. We have been trying to just get it fixed or at this point we want all of our money back. This is a shady and crappy company. They lie and lie about everything.

    The customers story doesn't align with what my records show. He originally installed the radio himself and cut the factory harness off which you should never do. After about a year we gave him a new radio of a different brand and he still had the same exact problem of the radio resetting which tells you it's not the the product. We did go through his wiring and charged him $150.00, I'm not sure where the numbers he is coming up with came from. Last I heard from him he was going to bring the radio in for us to bench check out of the car but have not seen him yet. The unit at this time is way out of warranty but we still don't think it has to do anything with the radio.
