      Simply...... For those who don't read what they sign I HIGHLY recommend anyone using their 3rd Party Driver Qualification (MVR) ***************** to READ IT. When you do you'll notice there is language about your CREDIT information. I'll leave it right HERE.Your Credit Score has nothing to do with giving them permission to pull your MVR for a Safety Audit!!!When I questioned it I was offered their form which gives MCSACC the permission to pull my MVR ONLY!The 3rd party was instascreen.net.

      Thank you for reaching out and sharing your feedback with us. I believe there was a misunderstanding when you were completing the *** request process. As driving records are considered a consumer report, they are protected under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). The disclaimer you were presented with was to inform you of your rights and protections under that act, not to warn you that a credit check would be completed as well. The page prior detailed all of the information that would be collected with the request:

      Motor Carrier Safety Audit Compliance Consultants, the "Company," may obtain information about you from a third- party consumer reporting agency for employment purposes. Thus, you may be the subject of a "consumer report" which may include information about your character, general reputation, personal characteristics, and/or mode of living. These reports may contain information regarding your motor vehicle records ("driving records").

      To be clear, there is absolutely no credit check involved when completing an *** request through MCSACC. Whether that is through the **************, or physical forms. Regardless, I am glad we were able to provide a solution through our physical forms that helped ease your mind in the meantime.
