    I ordered a customized breadbox from Cookbook Peoples website. Upon receiving the breadbox I found it had some manufacturing/quality issues that were not as advertised. I reached out to the company numerous times in numerous emails to various company email addresses about this problem to try to have it resolved. There appears to be no phone number to call to try to speak to someone directly. I also left a review on their website detailing my poor experience with the order hoping that *** notify the company to reach out. Unfortunately, I think the company is just choosing to ignore me rather than trying to provide some customer service.

    I read our customers review and understand they have been trying to reach us. We have checked spam folders etc but have not *** able to find any email communication from them. This is unfortunate as we would have been happy to address their issue and send a replacement if necessary. They described their complaint clearly in their review, however, and based on this information along with the fact they have been trying to reach out for some weeks, I have agreed that a full refund is fair. This refund has now been issued via Stripe.
