      We hired Kitchen Tune-Up to install new cabinets and reface our island. They began the project in August. The door faces they installed had cracks in them. ******, the owner, said he had never had a problem like this before. He said there must have been something wrong with the glue or the humidity. He told us he was going to replace all the cracked door fronts. When they came back with the new fronts, they did not have all the ones that needed replaced. Some of the fronts they brought were already cracked. He then proceeded to tell us that the cracks were part of the "industry standard". They also damaged several new drawers when they installed them. He said they didn't need to be replaced because they were not in plain sight. This is unacceptable. We paid $36,000 for new cabinets that are not cracked and should be beautiful for years. They are scheduled to come back to our home on June 2 to replace door fronts that were chipped during installation. However, they do not plan on replacing the fronts that are cracked. We should not have to pay for a faulty product when we were promised a beautiful kitchen.
