      I had a Lululemon top dry cleaned upon arrival to *****. It was returned ill-fitting and smelling of smoke. When I returned to the area, I took the item to the shop and said the owner would call to resolve. After multiple calls attempting to reach the owner, I finally received a call after posting a negative ****** review. She claimed the item was "fake." I questioned this possibility and sent her my receipt to remedy this concern.Since this communication, I've followed up several times via email, call, and in-person without a response. She owes me a refund for the top itself and service.Attached is the most recent response I received from the business. My most recent attempt to contact was in-store on 7/6. They said they would reach out to the owner and that she's typically prompt; however, I haven't received a follow-up.

      10/1/2023 I took my goose down pillow to this place to get drycleaned and the owner told me it would take up to 2 weeks. I understood it will take some time but until today, she repeated same words that the company took my pillow, they dont bring it back and theres nothing she can do. I honestly tried everything I just want my pillow no need to clean up anymore. It costs $88 and it is not cheap. I complained about this situation to the owner and all she said this happened many times before. I really disappointed at the owner who has no desire to take responsibility of her business. I went over 10 times I even asked her the number of a company who took my pillow and they never answered the phone and the voice mail was always full.

      I turned in a tan suede jacket in September 2022. I have been back 6 times. The Owner is the one that took it in and gave me a ticket. They have lost the jacket. I have made numerous attempts to contact the owner. They have never responded to me with a phone call or email. I filled out a form in the store to get reimbursed. They have not responded to me about that for either. I am filing this complaint and then my next step is to file in small claims court if they won't respond.

      On July 29th, 2021 I dropped off my wedding dress to be dry cleaned with Westco Martinizimg Dry Cleaning. I was told that the latest the dress would be ready was August 18th, 2021. When I didnt receive any update that my dress was ready, I called to see what the problem was. I was told that the dress had bled and that it was taking longer to fix because it required individual attention to spot clean the whole dress. Since that time, I have spent the last 12 months calling, often with no answer and no call back from the owner. I hadnt been able to get the owner to call me back since May 2022, until she happened to be in the store when I called today. I have asked her to reimburse me for what I paid for the original dress given I provide her with the official sales order as well as my wedding dress sent to me in its current condition. She has been extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate during this entire process and I regret ever doing business with her and her company.
