    Uzzle was doing false advertisement. I tried to get their 3 games for a dollar bundle 10 times. I waited in line got to checkout and then it said that it wont deliver to my address and will remove the item from my cart. So I tried again, same thing, and you can still add the item to your cart. Then I try to get back in the website and it tells me I tried too many times. This is false advertisement if your going to offer a deal honor it, because if I try to buy it a the full price it will ship to my address. Mighty funny.

    I ordered an Uzzle game in October and paid for it. They allegedly sent it but they actually did not. When I complained they refunded me and said to keep the game when it arrived, which it never did. After a number of heated exchanges they allegedly sent me another game, which I never got. I then ordered 2 games through ****** for $65. Meanwhile Uzzle said they sent me a game and charged me $90 on 11/10 which I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. I am seeking a full refund of that $90 and for the company to be sanctioned for false charges .

    Thank you for reaching out to us regarding this issue. Heres what happened:


    The customer originally ordered 1 ********************** game for $41.34 USD, not for the $90 USD as mentioned. Please see the attached copy of the invoice from ****** for confirmation.
    We have been in consistent communication with the customer and issued a refund for the order on October 29th. Additionally, we sent a replacement game to her for the inconvenience caused.


    Weve attached all the relevant proof of the refund for your reference.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I originally bought the game, never received it, got a refund, and allegedly had a replacement sent, which was never received. I then ordered 2 games from **** for $65, which have been shipped. Then I received another tracking number for games I DID NOT order to the tune of $90. I have included screenshots of the tracking number clearly showing the over-$90 charge. This company has been consistently deceptive, full of excuses, and now hit me with a fraudulent charge. I want the $90 refunded.

    Purchased the uzzle game on 11/29/2023 for $35.10. On 11/30 I received a shipping confirmation. Since then no shipping details just that the label was created. I contacted the company to find out what the expected delivery date was and their response at first was the problem was with ***** Said **** hasnt updated tracking info. Then a few days later said item will ship 12/1 or 12/2 at the latest. It didnt ship. I emailed on 12/3, 12/4, 12/5 and 12/6 asking for them to cancel my order since it wont arrive in time. They no longer respond. When I placed the order I was receiving multiple emails a day from them and now nothing. I feel like the company is a scam. They take your money, create a shipping label but you never get the item.

    After you sent them a message, my item miraculously shipped out even though I asked them to cancel. I was able to return the item but it took weeks for them to refund me my money. Thank you.

    Thank you for reaching us. Here's what happened, there was a delay with the refund since the customer didn't mentioned to us that she refuse the package and we haven't received the return package it. We already refunded the customer and she was notified about the refund.

    That isnt what happened. I asked them numerous times for a return label. Then sent them a picture of the box unopened in shipping box and told them I wanted to return. They advised me to decline the package and bring it to the post office. For 12 days after receiving the package they finally responded to decline the package. The item sat in shipped with a label from November 30 until after I filed a complaint. Then they decided to ship it even though I tried to cancel since it wouldnt arrive by 12/08. The package was shipped back 12/23. They received it but wouldnt refund me until I contacted them numerous times in January.
