      I paid for a yearly subscription, but the very next month I was charged again for a monthly subscription. I reached out to customer service to resolve the issue, but they claimed they couldn’t find any record of my yearly subscription—even though I provided a receipt. After going back and forth for months, they eventually acknowledged the payment, only to send me right back through the same frustrating process again. This has been incredibly disappointing and a waste of time. I paid in good faith and still haven’t received the service I’m owed. This experience has made me lose trust in the company.

      Terrible customer service in terms of communication for a valid refund. Almost a month ago I paid nearly 30 dollars for a t shirt. I received the shirt two sizes smaller than I ordered. Sent them everything they asked for. They've told me twice now they're in the process of refunding me. Yet they haven't nearly a month later. Will never do business with these people again.

      Terrible customer service. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. They shut down their forums with no warning and deleted 20 years of data in an instant. Thousands of users lost decades worth of content, photos, workout logs, etc. and Bodybuilding.com didn't care. They ignore emails, lied saying they would look into the issue, then confirmed the forums would never come back. Their supplements are always delayed and poor quality anyway.

      Ive been uaing the app for a while and recently it app has stopped working, and wont allow me to long in. This has been going on for a week with no resolution in sight and zero client communications about its resolve. This has been one of the most aggravating experiences.

      Purchased a bodyfit subscription at the start of the year. It worked for about 2 weeks then randomly quit. I have tried to contact the company via live chat, email, and the only phone number I can find on their site (which just tells you to use the live chat bot then hangs up) but I have yet to hear back or have my issue resolved. I guess I wasted $50

      I made an order totaling $140 on 1/4/2023 and the order has yet to be fulfilled. Not even in the shipping phase. **************** is a joke. Not responding to emails, chat gets me nowhere, and calling the number redirects me to email or chat and then promptly hangs up. There is no way to cancel this order. This site used to be good, I was a faithful customer for years. As far as I'm concerned they lost a customer for good and deserve to be shut down entirely. Buy your products elsewhere.They are taking money without fulfilling orders and are providing no way to get in touch with customer service.

      First off I have tried to work with their customer service many many times so they offer paypal on their site bit every time you try to make an order that option is not there when I ask about they only tell me to use another computer or clear cookies which never works and they never look into it or fix the issue or do anuthing to help the customer to make them happy .
