      In May 2024, we contracted with Treasure Valley Solutions business (********************************) at ************** to install 2 RING camera doorbells and then program and teach us to use a compatible Amazon ECHO device we already owned to connect and work with the doorbells they installed. We had a detailed work specification contract for this and pricing broken out for doorbell installs and then ECHO setup/training. The installer put in the doorbells but did not do ECHO training. The installer called the office before he left our home and told them he did not complete the work. ( He told us he was not too familiar with the ECHO device). In good faith we paid in full by personal check-giving it to the tech before he left our home- for the entire contract. The office texted us to say they would have a person come out as soon as they had about an hour to finish the work-the ECHO setup/ training. That was May 2024. By June no one came. Over the next 4 months we sent 2 texts, 2 emails, called the office and finally wrote and mailed a letter to their address in ********, ID in September 2024 to ask for them to complete the contract ,( after calling the office to verify their new mailing address -they had closed their office in ***********). The only responses we have gotten after the text from them in May saying they would send someone to complete the work was texts asking us for a review of their work, 4 texts asking if we wanted them to install XMAS lights on the house, but no response about completing the paid contract work even after the detailed letter we sent to the **** Box address in ********, ID in September 2024. . We want them to complete the contract work -the ECHO setup and training to coordinate with the installed RING system that we paid for last May 2024.
