  ****** was recently "hired" by this company as a general laborer. It became very apparent after the first job site the man does not honor what he says as payment for employees, runs a poorly supplied operation with frequent trips to "resupply" and wants the general laborers to act as mock salesmen for a trade they have no experience working in. To add extra fire to the explosion, ****** got into the man's vehicle and there was paraphaniella inside the cab of the truck. It has since been h*** getting paid for the work done as agreed and we did warn another "new hire" about the shadiness that has transpired for two days. I'd be wary working for him OR hiring him to look at your home for this sort of work. Both employees watched some noteworthy interactions with clientele (price gouging for things, pricing for imaginary services, etc).**after an intense convo via call that involved cursing, there is pending payment for Monday, will update if not paid in full**

  Although the interaction started well using this company ended up costing me a ton of money and more time than I can even remotely begin to explain. They came in sold me on all this stuff that would supposedly make my house more efficient. I listened and assumed that considering they are an insulation company they would know what they are talking about. To start off they took multiple weeks making multiple trips to complete job always having some type of excuse as to why they werent prepared to get job done. Which in the end I have come to suspect that the work that they actually completed was sub par. The worst part of this whole experience was they sold me on some type of fire barrier insulation spray that would cost me $500 but should be sprayed up on my attic space above my garage. Once again trusted the individual and accepted the barrier. It is at this point where things got real sketchy. The individual crawled up in my attic space and did not take 15 minutes and put plastic over my personal property that consisted of $800 items, decorations for all the different seasons, and even worse sentimental items that are essentially irreplaceable. When I went up into the attic this product was splattered all over everything ruining much of the property. When I found this I brought it up to the owner which he admitted to his s**** up and assured me he would fix it. At this point we have been going back and forth months now and ultimately ended up in him telling me that it can just be sprayed off and that its actually my fault. I mentioned that I had seeked legal council which when doing so he flipped ******* and told me that he would no longer talk to me. What Im saying its steer clear from using this company. Takes 0 accountability for there mistakes and will not make there wrongs right. I am now out my property and money at least until I can make it right. Be careful!

  I would highly discourage anyone from doing business with *************************, Elite Insulation and Solar. He came and gave us a quote for a duct assessment & cleaning of the ducts, in addition to offering to seal the outlets throughout the home. When we met with him, he reassured us that he would be the one performing the work... He was a no-call no-show on multiple occasions. Most of these times, he did not respond to phone calls or text messages for days after the appointment. This was extremely frustrating, because I took time off of work for each of these times. He literally chose to go Elk Hunting instead of coming as planned, without the courtesy of notifying us that he wouldn't be here. Eventually (without letting us know there would be a change) he sent some random guy who brought his girlfriend, a tiny shop vac, and a tiny air compressor. They vacuumed the vents, which is NOT the service I paid for. I let **** know this and he reassured me he would come himself and complete the job. The kid did over $400 in damages while he was here. I've reached out to **** and asked for a refund and he refused and then stopped taking my calls. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.
