    I would give 0 if available! They assured me I would have service at my home. I received equipment and no service available. Called they switched me to another tower. Did T work, then told me I needed an external antenna so I bought it for another $100, no mention that this was non returnable. The antenna didnt help. I contacted them and of course they expect me to pay for one month of service I didnt get, pay $100 restocking fee for modem, and no refund for antenna. So I paid $433.28, and am entitled to receive $123.30 refund. Do not trust them they are terrible.

    I have had this service since June 2021 and hv not had 1 issue with the service I live in ******** ** uses ******* cell tower . I've taken my router to CA with me in Dec/Jan and again in May/June/July no issue in CA either. So all those reviews I hv read that have complaints not sure where your coming from. Mind you only internet I'm able to use.
