    I placed an order on May 10th and did receive that order on May 19th, but they were too small. I sent them back to Telic on May 20th. I emailed the company, and they sent back a message saying they did receive them, and I should receive a new tracking number in a few days. That was May 29th. I'm still waiting on a response from them and have messaged multiple times and there is no phone number to contact them. I just want the money I've paid to them or my shoes.

    I ordered a pair of boots on 12/29/23- received on 1/12/24 and did not like fit and requested refund. I was sent and charged ***** for return label. I mailed by **** as instructed and have yet to hear anything from this company. I have tried calling, messaging and email without success. Im really at a loss for what to do. Order # was ****** and *** paid was $ *****.

    I purchased 2 pairs of sandals from this company. One pair does not fit properly and needs to be returned. There was no packing slip in my package that included item return information. The company has no listed phone number. I've email customer service twice and did not receive a response; used Telic's online customer service form 3 times, with no response; and I've contacted them via social media with no response. I seek to return this item and receive a refund but the business is nonresponsive despite offering a 30-day return for refund policy. Those 30 days will expire in 2 weeks. Please help. Thank you.
