    I Had ordered an airsoft M1919 ******** at around the middle of just and paid $1,400 on it and its now 11 months after and ive Emailed many times asking when it will even be shipped, and it hasn't been shipped at all in 11 months and they keep telling me "It will be in stock soon" or "it will arrive next month"

    The item ordered is a very rare and hard to find item as they are only produced every few years. We were told they were in production and coming to the **, and the importer kept pushing the arrival date back as we relayed to the customer. Unfortunately we do not make this hard to get item, the best way to secure one is to pre-order it and wait for them to arrive as they are usually sold out before they arrive to the **. As soon as the customer asked for a refund we refunded immediately, as is our policy. This complaint was started before we were asked to cancel the order.
