My dog couldve died if I hadnt caught their mistake. They weighed my dog in pounds instead of kilograms yet prescribed seizure meds based on kilograms. The dose was double what my dog needed and couldve overdosed. Luckily I caught the mistake before giving the meds. Yet when I called and spoke to the receptionist Mikayla and the technician Felicity (who weighed my dog) they were both extremely rude, condescending, and claimed they were right and never make mistakes. They told me Id have to bring my dog back in to re-weigh her (at 3am) to prove to them they made a mistake because they knew they didnt. You could tell just by looking at my dog that she isnt the weight they claimed. When I went back in I was able to prove that I was correct. Its one thing to make a mistake but to gaslight me, be rude to me, and refuse to admit a mistake is unforgivable. I will never trust them again with my pets life. You shouldnt either. Or at least double check everything they do, and make sure Mikayla and ******** ***** involved in your pets care.

My large puppy got into some boxed wine. Yes, should have had it on a higher shelf. She first acted hyper and as a drunk fell into stumbling state.Took her into West Vet Emergency for hydration. The vet insisted the puppy was now blind and had neurological problems, , though she thought she ate metal and wanted to keep ***** at a cost up to $5,000 for a neurologist to evaluate.Logically, my husband and I said no. Just hydrate and ***** hours. Vet then insisted I search the yard for mushrooms, which I did finding one, that was non toxic.Four hours later, puppy slept it off, was hydrated and wanted out of prison, so they sedated her.Luckily, was able to pick her up a couple hours later. Was upset, the vet would not listen to the obvious diagnosis first.

For the love of all things holy, whether you believe in a higher power or not, DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!!!Not only have I had a horrible experience with their vets dismissing MY pet, but my family members and friends have too.My dog had heart failure. His eye was about to rupture and I had taken him in and they told me he was fine and just needed some eye drops to ease the discomfort but gave him nothing for pain and to decrease the swelling and blood flow in his eye. His eye ruptured the next day. I called them and they said wait till Monday and take him to my typical vet. Within a day of pain and suffering after the trauma, he died.My mother took her cat in with a bladder blockage and crystals and she was told to just take him home and let him rest it will be fine. He almost died. She took him to a different vet in ***** who told her he did in fact have bladder crystals and started him on meds to calm him down and safely pass the crystals. My sister took her kitten in who was having severe lethargy after being freshly adopted. He was wheezing and choking on his spit and his eyes were so goopy and crusted shut that he couldn't open them. His nose was runny and he couldn't even stand on his own. The vet only took a look at him and told her he was fine and that his current state was NORMAL for a cat adopted from the shelter. He almost suffocated this morning and she took him to my usual vet after they squeezed him in for an emergency and he had an upper respiratory infection and conjunctivitis. He is now medicated and already showing signs of feeling better. My friend was extremely concerned about her cat who was lethargic and had symptoms of FIV and she took him in. They did $2600 worth of tests and told her nothing was wrong with him but that he would probably only live for another month and to start planning his end of life care. She went to the vet I go to and all he needed was an immune booster and antibiotics because he had an infection in his tummy.

Extreme prices for things that they say you need but that you in fact do not need. Extremely long wait times and we were not even told when to come to get our pet. They did not address our issues.
