    Very pleased with the 20' antenna. OUTSTANDING fit and finish of the highest quality!!! Went together like a charm. Absolutely NO issues. EXCELLENT instructions! My tuner is in the shack and the antenna performs very, very well with buried LMR400. **** LP-350A Coaxial Lightning Surge Protector is in the waterproof box pictured along with the 3D printed holder for the Ladder Line/PL-259. NOTE: It is best to unplug ALL electrical connections from the wall and coax connections to the radios, etc and ground them when you are not on the air!!!! GREAT results working everything that I hear!!! 10 STARS ++!!!!!

    I ordered a 28 foot antenna package (not the flagpole option) and when it was delivered I got a 24 foot flagpole kit. I contacted them and they kept saying that I got what I ordered. When I finally sent pictures of my antenna they agreed that I got the 24 foot flagpole antenna and offered a refund for the difference. I never received a refund. After about a month of having the antenna installed I noticed that it had started to lean in one direction. After examining the antenna, I noticed that the insulator inserts were smaller diameter than the pipe inner dimensions. This allowed the antenna to tilt. I can press against the antenna and set it straight but any wind and it will tilt.I contacted them again and kindly asked them about this situation and they said they are machined to precise measurements but I disagree. Both of these insulators are too small in diameter. I had communicated with Greyline on their chat and always got feedback until I had this problem. I have made many attempts to get someone to talk with me but I get no replies. I sent emails but never got a reply. I have called and left phone messages but never got a reply.I like the product conceptually however, I was hoping for some support with the issues I am seeing.Greyline lacks in its customer service more than I can explain. I have tried every option to get a reply and failed. However, I was at a friends house and we got on the website and had a chat and the response was very good. It seems like they pick and choose who they want to talk to.Nice antenna but extremely poor customer interaction and follow up support.

    I've had my 20' Greyline Performance Flagpole antenna for 2+ years and have worked the entire planet from my backyard in *********, **. I typically work 10m - 40m but overall, the antenna has performed exceptionally well on all bands. I also ordered a 4' extension when they went on sale in Dec of 2022. Communication was great and they let me know immediately when I order shipped in early Jan 2023. This is a small business that does everything that can to serve the amateur radio community as best they can. I've had nothing but amazing experiences with them and will continue to recommend Greyline Performance to other HAMs in search of a great antenna that looks as good as it performs.

    I ordered a 20' Flagpole antenna June 23, 2022 and have not received it yet. Email, calls, and voice mail are unanswered. A friend called them, and they said they were shipping every day. I get on the phone, and they hang up. I would just like my money back.

    Non responsive to followup inquiries on two orders, one for a 4ft flagpole antenna extension, about $200, ordered several months ago, and a lightning arrestor, about $100, also ordered several months ago. Neither product is received. Phones go to a voice message. Emails go unanswered. Weird, because prior to this I ordered a 20ft flagpole antenna and got it relatively quickly and intact. Now, nothing. Request either fulfill the orders or refund the est $300.

    I purchase a 20 Flagpole antenna that also included the 4 extension. I installed the flagpole the end of January here at my home in central *******. The install was easy with only a couple of small issues that were easily resolved by just thinking things through. I installed the antenna in the back yard in the *** and have not had any complaints.The performance of the antenna has been very good. The *** on most band has been =< 1.5 except the 12 meter band. The *** is just under 2.0. The DX into Europe and Africa has been good. Have done a lot of FT4 and FT8 with good reports. SSB has been good with good signal reports depending on propagation. All of my contacts have been made on 70 100 *****. I am using a SGC 230 tuner mounted at the base of the antenna Most of my contacts have been 10 MHz 28 MHZ. I have done some work on 40 meters but not much. Not much of an night owl so I dont get very much of a change to use the antenna on 40 160 meters. The *** is on these bands is 1.0 1.3, so I would expect good performance if I had more power.Greyline shipped the flagpole/antenna on time and the order was complete. No missing parts. I know their customer service was bad during COVID. Since then they are trying to improve their customer service.

    I ordered the 24 ft flagpole antenna and the choke filter and the remote tuner, took a couple months to get the flagpole antenna. I received it in July. I moved it August and sent an email to update my address for the rest of my order and asked as the when I would be receiving the rest of my order. I got a reply that they did update my address and that the rest was expected to ship in Sept. It is now Dec 22 and I have sent several emails and left several voice messages trying to get some information as to when I might get them. I haven't got any reply's to any of the messages. Still waiting for those items before I set up the antenna. Therefore I haven't been able to use the antenna at all. I am thoroughly disappointed in the failure to communicate.

    ****, Tracking dictates delivery as completed and order fulfilled as completed. Notes show the pending items as non-Greyline items out of stock at the time and these were not charged. Again, the other items were from other vendors who had supply chain issues at the time. Greyline items were delivered as noted in various emails. We recommended then to contact those other vendors directly. - Thank you!

    I also was hesitant of ordering a Greyline Flagpole based on the litany of negative reviews and I do not question their merit, albeit last Friday (8-19-22) after talking with the Owner at 7:00 pm PT, he assured me the inventory levels were good and if I ordered my 24 foot Flagpole it would ship on Monday 8-22-22 and I would receive it Thursday 8/25/22. It came undamaged and all the required pieces. I also called Tech support a few times because of my misunderstanding of the upgrades and they responded in 15 minutes. Again, everyone has a story but this is almost in Real Time and I could not be more satisfied and would recommend Greyline. The Sleeve is complete and I'm waiting the 28 days of curing and then feed the lines.
