  They showed up on time. Extremely prepared and great attitudes all day in the heat. The entire crew did everything we asked with professionalism. Way worth the price. If I ever had to move again, first call without a doubt.

  BEWARE!! ************************************************* *** Is an irresponsible and badly managed company. We are elderly and in poor health so we needed to hire movers to help move into retirement housing. The movers left valuable paintings and other items in the house we sold! The new owners of our house at 1st said nothing about items left by the movers. But, when I said their is a police investigation and I needed to know if anything was left in our old house. Then they said there were antiques and beautiful watercolors left. Plus, they said they took 750 lbs of our belongings to the dump!! There were 2 new items: microwave and a large tv missing, which the new owners said they never saw...so how do I prove all this?! going to court is out of the question because of our age and health. Insultingly...We were charged double the quote too! The Rocket ****************************** movers had said the move should be $4000, possibly $5000. I had called 4 or 5 times telling them of the amount of items we had, because I felt strongly that one Van was not enough. They finally agreed and sent a truck and trailer extra. Still saying it's only $400 extra. Turned out we were charged over $8000 and they just had a partial use of the extra trailer. They never offered to come help us search through the mountains of boxes to find the lost items! We had to travel 5hrs to retrieve the paintings and antique tapestry left behind. They never offered to help or aid us, we also had to pay another mover to help us get the few items from our previous house! Very poor management and customer service!Please beware!

  Thank you again for reaching out to us.  We have had many conversations about your missing Items. I did suggest that maybe the paintings, TV and the mirowave might have been left by accident. After you called the police and accused our guys of stealing your belongings .  I received this email from you.

   Hi ****, good news! The pictures have been found! They are at our old house we sold. We are sorry to have thought your guys stoled them. We apologize. Yet...the pictures are still in ******.    And according to ******* you ended up also relocating your tv and microwave.   

  As for the price of your move.  We never know how long a move is going to take.  That is why we make sure that there is a clear understanding that as a company that we do have a 3 hour min, and we charge 30 mins increments.    The est or quote that you received was only on a 3 hour min, and the contract you sign specifically states that. Again we can never determine how long a move is going to take. I also wanted to take a few moments to also mention that we did bring a 2nd truck with us because we knew that everything would not fit into a 26ft box truck. We did not charge you for the 2nd truck. It took 12 hours to pack and load everything into the trucks, plus the drive time.  Then just over 5 hours to unload everything into your new home. Plus it looks like that you gave our guys a $500 tip. As we really do apprecate. Those two trucks did arrive together when we arrived.  We were very transparent ,and we made sure that we communicate everything with you.    I am sorry that your experience with us was not to your standards. There is always something that we can work on and improve.
