    I paid Fun To Sail $8095 to order a new 2024 Hobie Wave sailboat. A copy of my check for payment and my fully paid invoice is attached. I was informed by ********************* that ***** had manufacturing delays and he could not promise me my boat in time for this summer. I cancelled my order and requested a full refund. A copy of this refund request communication is attached. I was told to wait until the money paid to ***** was refunded back to Fun to Sail. When Fun to Sail received the money, I was sent an incomplete partial refund check for $7795, and this check bounced. A copy of this bounced check communication is attached. I am requesting help to get a timely full refund.

    Complaint not valid. Customer received his money back. From the beginning when the produced was not available, we informed the customer. The customer consistently complained in spite of our best efforts. We have been in business for 20 plus years without a single complain. By their fruits ye shall know them. Our customers are quite literally family to us and we take their needs serious.

    I have received the refund from the business.   The business appears not to appologize for the delay in sending the refund, nor their mistakes in initially sending the wrong refund amount, and having a check bounce with the initial refund.   Otherwise, in reference to complaint ID ********, I find their eventual refund resolution is satisfactory to me.
