    I ordered a weighted blanket for $97.90 (includes $8 shipping). They shipped me a Blanket filled with SAND, not ceramic beads. The insert in the package says the fill is "sand-like pellets", but it's filled with grains of sand -- not beads or any kind of pellets. The support person said that if I returned the item in the original wrappings (which arrived smashed flat, by the way) they would issue a refund minus any shipping charges. I requested a RMA with attached pre-paid shipping label. Silence since then. I've reported the company to the *** and am following up with a ChargeBack request to my ********************** a letter with all supporting documentation.I wish I could rate it -10.******

    I purchased a Weighted Blanket and when I received it I realized there was no way I could have this over me while sleeping. I weigh 106 lbs and the OdysseyBlanket is approximately 26 lbs. There was nothing in the literature that stated the maximum weight of Blanket should be 10% of your body weight. I researched many weighted Blankets and the reputable companies all said it should not be more than 10% of body weight. Unfortunately I did all my research after I purchased the Blanket. They would take a return, however, to ship 28-1/2 lbs would cost me a ton. They offered to give me a credit to just keep it, less than half of what I paid and keep it. I told them I can't use it, actually the quality is really poor. I really take half the blame but want others to know BEWARE. I paid $7.95 Shipping, zero handling TO RECEIVE IT. This is very deceiving, There is no way I could return this for that amount, when I asked them why I paid such a small amount to have shipped to me they said "we have a special arrangement with the shipper. I don't trust them and can't believe they will give me any compensation.

    I JUST got the same Email as all the others complaining before me, and I am sure there are more to follow me. I ordered 1 blanket at least a year ago, may be two. This email caught my attention to say the least. Came from Mario.There is no way in h*** that I would Auto Renew an order for a blanket, let alone for over $400.00. I didn't like the one I received in the first place. I will dispute ANY charge for this or any other business that pulls this sort of SCAM!! I hate that Our legal system does not really Go After These Online Crooks!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY OR ANY COMPANY AFFILIATED WITH IT!!I think we should have the choice of a Less than 1 star, like maybe a 1/2 a** star!

    My father just went through the same experience as Jac and *****. Approx. ***** months after the initial purchase, a subscription for 8 blankets was auto billed for an exorbitant amount. To boot, when the representative was questioned about needing additional banking and financial information to process a refund he immediately became belligerent. He was incredibly insulting and rude until he ultimately hung up, this was after over an hour on the phone trying to get a refund. As of yet, no refund is to be had.
