    I responded a few days ago and I want to provide an update regarding the installation of one of these PowerPlates. Basically, I did install one previously, but I could not install the others because the size/width of the outlet box is to narrow to fit all 4 flanges into. I found that if you cut off the two smaller plastic flanges, on each side of the PowerPlate, that the installation is much easier. Since these two smaller flanges seem to be covering/protecting the copper/brass wiring, then what I did is to cover the remaining two flanges with electrical tape to protect the exposed copper/brass wiring, just be sure you do not cover the two copper contact ***** with electrical tape. With this change the installation is so much easier and that is why I gave it 4 stars. (I would have given a 5 star rating, but I feel that the creator/manufacturing of this product did not thoroughly tested the installation of this product.) When installed this product does work as advertises. **************

    in reading the other comments i fully agree, getting an honest answer is a problem and was promised a partial refund which has not happened, not impresses at all

    I received 3 Eco PowerPlates and none of them light up at all. A complete waste of money and I just got them yesterday, and they DO want you to pay return shipping.
