  Bre is lovely. She is very knowledgeable and professional. I felt very comfortable with her. I wasn't pressured to purchase anything at all. She understood my needs and only suggested what I knew I had an issue with.

  Horrible customer service. In January, one of their technicians left my back gate ajar, despite having instructed the salesman on the importance of double checking the magnetic latch AND having a sign on the gate that says "Keep gate closed- dogs in yard". One of my dogs nudged the gate open, got out, and ended up getting killed on the busy road near my house. I am a disabled veteran and the dog was a registered support animal. I sent a letter to both the national headquarters and the local office asking that they, at the very least, acknowledge their negligence and pay my veterinary bill. The response I got from the company was basically that I had no video evidence- tough sh*t. They said they conducted an internal investigation which concluded that "the technician remembers closing your gate". No one came out to talk to me or look at the gate. There is no traffic anywhere near my house and my back yard is not visible from the street. The gate latch is high enough that a curious child would not be able to reach. Even an adult has a little difficulty figuring out how to open the gate. It's just not possible that a random passerby would open that gate in the two hours between when the technician left and I got home from work. I will be taking them to court, but it should be known that this is a company that does not support their customers and should never be trusted.

  Bre communicated every step of the way, showed up on time and was very knowledgeable on the issues I'm having. So glad I called and grateful to have help in controlling pests around my home.

  Terrible experience! They sprayed my entire sunroom, drenching walls, floors, curtains, furniture, etc. I had to have the entire room cleaned and they refuse to pay for the cleaning.This was in ********* so I am not sure which site/division is responsible. But stay away from them!

  I had a 1 time service done because we just moved in. I told them I'd be able to do that day and I'd let them know if I wanted to continue service because money was tight. A couple months go by and they start harassing me with Emails, Calls, and showing up to my door. Not long ago I got a letter stating I'm being charged 200$ for an "Early Termination Fee" and they'd send me to small claims and even court if I don't pay.

  We appreciate your concerns. We show that you signed up for our ********* services on 4/24/23. As part of this agreement you are committing to 5 total services at a discounted rate. We preformed your initial services and it was not until 6/29 that you expressed that you wanted services pushed out to a future date. We contacted you on 6/29 where you stated that you would do it yourself and disconnected the call. We again attempted to contact you via email, phone call 3 additional times to provide resolution but were unable to speak with you. 
  
  Please call us at ************ to reinstate your services and complete your agreement we will be happy to remove the fee for early cancelation.

  The technician did a great job and we really appreciate his dedication to our protection. He made note that the pesticide needed to be watered in and we completed that last night. So, we are glad he gave us the direction we needed. Thank you for a job well done!

  Not surprised at the * BBB rating. Poor customer service. Mediocre pest **********************. Nothing special. Cancelled the service after 3 no-show appointments. *orced to pay $200 cancellation fee. They earned the low rating.

  Very Aggressive, I'm cancelling my service after 4 quarterly services. That's a years worth and they are claiming I didn't fulfill the terms of the 1 year contract and are trying to charge me a 75% cancellation charge. "F rating is just what they deserve.

  He entered my property thru two fences. I have those there for my dog and no entry. Please respect my privacy as a home owner. I do not put up with people I do not know entering my home without my approval.

  ***********************, is an extremely aggressive person , he verbally attacked two of our Workers and now is harassing our company. If this is the kind of staff you have working for you ,people need to be aware that he is violent.
