This is in reference to the following please.-Customer Service -Questions about the spray service I have tried to upload some photos. One is the timeframe period of calling the business for service inquiry,. Have had some very very unfortunate service from your staff member.Being told by your staff person " well I can tell you they aren't goingnoutbin that area again this year: is quite rude! I never even asked for someone to head back to the service address. A customer has the right to ask questions about a service that was done by a business. Inhave additional photos if needed however, they must be to large of a file.If someone at the Admin. Level would please contact me.Sincerely, *************************

      This spring I ordered dust control. It was very difficult to reach the ** office and the guy was very rude from the get go. I had to call multiple times to try to get scheduled as he continually blew me off or wouldn't discuss it because he had other jobs in the area. They did a good job on the spread when they finally came but over charged me DOUBLE footage . When I contacted them he was highly on the offensive and argumentative. I explained I would gladly pay the correct ammount and he finally agreed to remeasure. And instructed me to hold on to the bill until he could complete it and would let me know. Now they are trying to not only over bill me but charge me with late fees and they refuse to return calls or take correct measurements. . Extreemly poor buisness ethics just because I'm a smaller job and he only wants the big jobs. I will happily pay the proper totals. But won't be talked to poorly again. And I refuse to be over billed and charged late fees just because ** won't take care of their job correctly.
