    Did not order the product. I contacted the seller by phone who told me the order came from my email address. I told them my account had been suspended for a week due to fraudulent activity so was not me.Told I could return the item but must pay return shipping. Sent the articles back via **** but have received no communication from company or refund of amount charged to my **************** credit card.Checking web sites, I cannot find any way to contact them re this problem. Now the return window is very likely closed even though I mailed the item long before it expired.

    This company is posting scam clickbait articles with false headlines like "Grandma attacked outside store in %YOUR TOWN" to try to scare you into buying their product. This is horribly unethical and probably illegal. Does the model in the photo know that her image is being used into deceiving people that she has been assaulted? Is straight up lying in headlines to try to sell a product okay?There are lots of horribly sketchy fake headlines like this, but this one strikes me as particularly egregious due to the fear-mongering and lying about violence.

    On 8/30/22 I ordered 2. The curser **** not let me move until i ordered 1 more. I emailed that I needed my order cancelled and my money refunded but it has not happened.

    I can not perform your "Pull on" instruction because all the tools in the screwdriver set 13pcs are not small enough to open the screws. I wasted a lot of my time and feel frustrated. Please help. Thanks.

    Basically its concerning a product by Safesound alarm being delivered to the wrong address (my old address). I know I filled out the order with my current address. I have contacted ******, and they told me to wait until I hear from the company. Before this I contacted safesound, and they basically will not issue a refund. It was said I will have to wait until the package is returned. This took place July 12, 2022. Paypal is giving me until September 7, and said to wait until Safe sound contacts me. I called **************** for ******************** today 8/24/2022. The conversation was recorded. Once again Safesound will not return my money, and said it has to do with my address not being correct, and the product has to be returned. Nowadays people keep mailings that are niot theirs. I am also a victim of identity theft. I am all about policy, but this is not right at all. I have also seen the other complaints about Safesound.

    i ordered this product weeks ago and have never received it.
