    I entered into an agreement with Five-J Builders to contract some remodeling. The business provided a timeframe of 7 business days from the time of payment for the completion of the work. The party was paid on March 14th with the knowledge that we had a target date by the end of the month for our business to be ready. We had delays for our target date but that does not excuse the contractor upholding their end.They did ask for a little leeway on the timeframe and that was allowed. However, on numerous occasions the contractor informed me that specific things would be done by a specific date, non of these dates and projects were completed in those timeframes. The contractor said he wanted to make it up to me, but has made no effort to do so. I have had to have work completed by other parties that the contractor was supposed to have done before those parties came into the building. The contractor agreed to clean up there messes which they did not my significant other and myself cleaned up after him every time. I had to handle that end. 7 business days as agreed turned into 22 business days with incomplete and unprofessional work. (Not related to my complaint) Business is showing as BBB accredited on other sites.

    This complaint is unfounded simply due to the fact that ******* did not contract with me to do the work. I did not submit a contract to him. He has no signed contract from me. I received no money from him. He did not hire me to work for him. 
    ******* hired ********************* to do the work for him, and ********************* hired me. 
    I will not waste my valuable time on rebutting all of Crystals claims. Yet I will say, little of it is true. Most of it exaggerated untruths.
