      Do they have decent employees at most of their IF shops, yeah. Is their product good, yeah. BUT. There is NO SHORTAGE of coffee shops in ***********. And the fact that Java responds SO POORLY to any customer complaints or problems is A JOKE. To "connect with us" on their main business page is a name, email, and comment box. There's no way to send an email for pictures of what you are upset or needing to speak to someone about. And even the sending that, you still do not get A SINGLE RESPONSE. In all the years they've been in business you'd think they would want to represent the people that support their business better so that those supporters continue to come ******* biggest problem with this is, again TONS of other coffee shops in town, and those when you reach out, or even talk to the people in the building about the problem THEY MAKE SURE TO FIX THE PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY, and that's not at the customers expense either. For a business that makes GREAT PROFITS of its customers, they should figure out some better CUSTOMER CARE.
