      I am not liable for this debt with IDAHO FALLS PEDIATRICS. I do not have a contract with Trust Financial, they did not provide me with the original contract as I requested.

      This complaint is inaccurate. Services were provided to a child of whom *********************** has legal guardianship and is the father of, by Idaho ***************** Services were rendered on May 11, 2021, May 12, 2021, May 13, 2021, and May 25, 2021,creating an outstanding balance. Idaho Falls Pediatrics never received nor has a record of payment towards the services provided to *********************** during the numerous visits throughout May 2021.

      On October 5, 2021, Trust Financial, LLC received a dispute from *********************** in the mail requesting verification. In response to *************************** dispute, Trust Financial provided an itemized ledger from *********** Pediatrics detailing the services provided to *********************** as well as the dates of service.

      In reference to *************************** complaint, Trust Financial does not need a contract with ***********************. Trust Financial is an agent contractually appointed and authorized by Idaho Falls Pediatrics in this matter. Idaho Falls Pediatrics may share all relevant information to Trust Financial for collection purposes.

      *********************** still has a valid account with ********************** for a debt he owed to Idaho *****************

      Trust Financial, LLC requests that this matter be closed as the complaint is without merit.
