    I ordered shirt heat transfers from My Vinyl Direct. I bought $100+ to make Christmas shirts for my family and friends. I used about 6-7 of these transfers and all of them are defective. Once the shirt is washed once (all of the shirts), the transfer cracks and peels off. This proves they are defective transfers . Not only did I lose money on the transfers I lost money around $40 on the shirts I heat pressed the transfers on. I talked with a lady at the company. She said everything is final sale but their website states if its user error. I told her that these must be defective transfers. She stated she would talk to her manager and have her call or email me. I told her I wanted to talk to a live person. A girl named ******* emailed me the next day stating they would reprint the transfers or give me a store credit but they would not refund my money. I told them I wanted to talk to a live person but will only get email responses I emailed her back and told ******* that I do not want more transfers or a store credit because I cant take the risk of ruining more expensive tshirts. I asked could I please have a refund since these transfers are defective and I spent so much money on them for nothing and lost money on the shirts the transfers ruined as well. I got no email correspondence back. Ive tried to call them and its a recording. You cant get a live person. Ive called for many days. I emailed them again asking for someone to call me. No response. Their communication skills are lacking and they refuse to talk to me in person. I wanted to live a review on their page so people can be aware of this situation and their website does not allow reviews unless they are approved by My Vinyl Direct and they wont approve my review to be posted. To me, thats a red flag that they only post great reviews and by the way they dont have many of those at all. I have no choice but to file a complaint as I cant get any further communication from the company.
