    I purchased an eBook from Stukent for my daughter's ***************** class at ***. The purchase was made on 8/25/2023. The book would not load, giving an error message. My daughter contacted Stukent, and received a reply the next day from them, saying that "the platform used in this ********** is no longer supported". She has emailed them back a number of times, asking for a refund and I have emailed them twice as well. The professor has since pulled the book from the course material, since it is no longer supported. Stukent has stopped replying and has not resolved the situation.

    Thank you for making us aware of the issue that you have had with Stukent Customer Support.  The last two weeks have seen a significant increase in the number of tickets due to several factors.  ******'s instructor was among several that elected to reuse outdated courses resulting in an influx of tickets needing immediate attention.  As part of our ticket management system we have been working on the first in-first out method to ensure that we are addressing users in order.  Unfortunately, ******* messaged us several times resulting in ******'s ticket being moved down on the list of replies needed as the system recorded his replies as responses.  I have addressed the settings issue that caused this and we have processed ******'s refund.
