      The floor plans and neighborhood are the only thing good about Castlerock Homes in ******** Grove. The builder and major listing agent try to get you to waive your right to inspection, make it difficult to get work structure breakdowns for problem resolution recommended by outside inspector. They do not follow up and comply with their warranty contract/policy so home repairs covered by warranty do not get resolved. The sub-contractors share openly that the owner of Castlerock homes doesnt pay them which is why work isnt completed. Multiple homes have flooded due to construction problems. Some of them have flooded twice. Homeowners are afraid that their homes may flood again or burn down due to electrical issues. The owner of Castle Rock and his one remaining staff are consistently rude to customers. There has been such high turnover at Castle rock which has likely impacted work getting done. Seems like a toxic environment. I wouldnt recommend buying a home from them ever.

      This is from ***********!!!!I am a retired military disabled vet who purchased my home from Castle Rock and I am not pleased. Please if you are reading these before thinking about buying from Castle Rock Homes take my advice and just run just run do not under any circumstances buy a home from these people no matter how great they look just don't you will regret it like I do everyday tell your realtor you do not want to see homes that are under Castle Rock. I have made bad decisions before but this one is the top of them all. I will tell everyone I see do not buy stay away go to someone else. These 1 stars that I have read would agree with most. I would not give them that much.......I will be reaching out to the BBB and VA to explain what I am going through and then maybe they will do what is right and fix the issues at hand but I doubt it. They just want you to buy their product.
