    A claim was filed for a hit-and-run to my vehicle in a public parking lot. The claim never proceeded past any point beyond it merely being opened. I had forwarded the claim information to a local shop, but the claim was closed and the vehicle was not repaired due to the shop unable to fit it within the time required for it to be fix, set by this insurance company. They proceeded with the claim as complete although I never brought my car into a shop to get it fixed, yet they said I did. I believe my vehicle's dent, bumper, and mirror should be fixed at the very least for compensation.

    This complaint is between ** and the Insurance carrier whom is not us, however he did contact our office and I did forward the claim information to him so he could contact the carrier to resolve; furthermore the carrier did pay compensation on this claim.     I am rejecting this response because:

    No, I do not agree with the business. The reason being, that I did not receive reimbursement nor was I ever able to take my vehicle into a shop either. There is irrefutable proof as the shop never had my car and the small dent is still existent. Thank you
