    In March of 2020 we started the documents to purchase a home from Century Homes. We asked that the den be turned into a bedroom, which should have had a closet added on, but it does not. We paid a large amount to get the house started, and of course covid was no help. The house finally was set into motion and during the spring of 2020 the house sat on our property in 2 halves. Right away we noticed that there were holes and some damage. We reported it to **** and he was a little angry saying they were busy and not to bother him with such things unless it was a big issue. We also had to have the police do extra patrols because people were already breaking into the two halves as it was only protected by a plastic covering. I let it go, because I thought he was having a bad day or something. I kept enquiring as to when the house would be put together, again **** was distraught. The house sat until November when it was finally put together. We never had anyone walk us through the house when it was done. We had the drywaller who was angry all the time because the cracks were huge and he had to keep covering them up, they were never fixed, just covered. The floors, the vinyl is already beading up, but we cold feel the nails and uneven boards under the carpets, only one section was fixed. The heater gave out after one winter, and we were told it was too small for the house to begin with. The walls are bulging and the cracks are getting huger. The seam where the house was put together has a large draft. The freezer had a hole in it. The can lights all gave out, the fuse box is always tripping. We had to have a new water line put in, as there was a s**** in one of the pipes. We never got the screens for the windows. We have left numerous messages, texts and phone calls to Century Homes, no response back. The sliding door also fell out. This home is only 2 years old, definatly should not have this many problems. The carpets were also old with holes. Drawers open by selves.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    The dishwasher turned on for a 2 days and doesn't work again.

    The matter of the 4th bedroom closet has not been delt with. Still missing window screens.

    I contacted Zannita's husband, Mr. ****** ******, to check if their concerns had been addressed. I let him know that if they still felt their concerns weren't resolved through the explanations provided in our BBB letters, they could let me know so we could work toward a fair solution. He agreed to speak with Zannita and get back to me if an appointment was needed to discuss further.
    After not hearing from them for a couple of weeks, I reached out again on Friday, September 6th, but received no response. I tried once more today, September 11th, but have not been able to reach them, and there has been no returned call.
    We will consider the matter resolved.
