    Date: ***** Jan 2025 Nature of problem: routine servicing of 2006 Toyota Highlander Hybrid - unauthorized replacement parts, repairs not completed or repairs skipped, and most likely covering up mistakes made by new hires.The business had not made a good faith effort to resolve the problem.

    We are sorry to hear about the concerns that Mr. **** has had with the service department.  We are to work with Mr. ***** even though he was able to meet with my service manager shortly after the issue, at that time it appeared we had met a resolution.  We desire to work with Mr. **** to come to a situation that he is satisfied with.  Unfortunately we have not been able to get a hold of Mr. *****

    My credit was hard checked multiple times without authorization. Due to their neglect they ran the credit more than needed.

    Customer has multiple signed credit applications in the deal, which allows us to pull credit and to utilize the information to share with the bank to secure financing.  Due to consumer privacy we are not able to legally share that information outside of a secure application system.

    I bought a car from them the end of Dec. When I bought it, I specifically asked if the tires were good, how the car was and was told by the sales lady that they couldn't sale the cars if they had ANYTHING wrong with them. Within a week, the front tire blew while I was at work. They had to use the spare tire which the hub cap won't fit on. So instead of putting on a new tire, they put the spare on the back tire, still no hub cap. The front bumper popped out so I talked to them about that as well. I get what as is means, but as is, is not what this is, I wouldn't have bought it if the bumper was popped out and it didn't have good tires. Not only did they lie about it , I got told I had to take it to a collision shop to get bumper fixed, I now have no spare tire. This is NOT, the way I bought it, compete misrepresented!!!

    I wish to cancel this complaint, the complaint number is 21162404.  An associate reached out a minute ago and said they are going to fix it for me.  I should have waited a little longer to see what was going to happen.  Also, I just was so mad in that moment over reacted.

    On 09/21/2023, I purchased a car from Teton Toyota for $28,784.20. I paid $25,284.20 of my own money and traded-in my old 2012 **** Fusion for $3,500. I waited for a couple months for my title to show up. No title came. I contacted Teton Toyota, and they said they never got the title from the previous owner. I paid for the documentation fees as noted by the Purchase Agreement (which include the title fee). I feel as though they have violated the terms of our agreement, and as such, I want a refund for the total price I paid, and in return I will be returning the vehicle to Teton Toyota so they can *************.

    My Aunt and I both went in to buy vehicles and both found one each. Upon using their own resources to price their vehicles after their initial "service" which most people do not look into, they fail to provide any reasonable explaination as to why a used vehicle is priced higher than it was brand new off the lot by $3000. We ******* min away and they had ** coming back for 3 days in a *****, spending $200 alone in gas. This also doesnt include the waste of our time and effort in providing documentation with the promise that the deal would be finalized soon. Only to be told that the deal could not be made and shown the door

    I am sorry that we are unable to get a bank that will finance the vehicle the customer wanted.  We instructed the customer we would not have an answer until Monday at the earliest but the customer decided to show back up on Sunday.  Unfortunately, we will not be reimbursing the customer for their fuel they used to reach the dealership.

    I am rejecting this response because: My aunt and I were told that we would be able to get into vehicles if we kept coming back over and over with paperwork , leading ** on.

    ***** Chevrolet got me easily into a 2019 jeep cherokee so I'm not sure why my time and money was wasted on a group of people standing around doing nothing at all. I am more than entitled to compensation for all the gas I used due to their incompetence

    October 5th, I dropped off my 2009 hybrid Toyota Highlander because there was a grinding noise in my tires or brakes. Another mechanic I saw said it was in the charging system so I should take it to the dealer to fix. Teton Toyota told me it was the transmission causing the problem and they could install a used one for ~$6000. I agreed and picked up the car on October 19 when they said it was done. The noise was still there and the transmission and shifting were not right. I dropped the car back off on October 21 and on October 26 they told me that the sound was actually being caused by something else(struts and sway bar) and it would cost an additional ~$2800 to fix. They said the transmission issues that were occurring were based on another issue and would require additional repairs. I was not having any transmission problems previously and had only taken the car in to fix the noise which they are now saying is caused by the struts and had nothing to do with the transmission they replaced.

    The technician was listening and diagnosing a different noise from the noise that the consumer was concerned with.  Service Manager called and asked if we covered the cost of the labor to do the repair if the customer would cover the cost of the parts.
