    If I could give them zero stars I would, this is the absolute worst experience I have ever had. I would caution anyone who is looking to buy a car from them to steer clear. The buying experience isn't the problem it's all the ** that follows. I bought a car from them about 18 months ago and it was plagued with problems I have put about ***** miles on this car, and it's been in the shop so much the warranty company won't warranty it anymore because they have paid out more than it's worth, about 1***** dollars to date. not only that the workmanship is horrendous, the first repair i went to pick it up and the radio and ac controls fell out in my hand the screws were in the cup holder, so I had to borrow tools from the shop to put it back together each time I pick it up it has greasy handprints on it. STEER CLEAR of them. I would take the time to put all the other incidents that have happened, but this would be far too long of a review.

    We bought a new 2024 Atlas 8 months ago. Vehicle had some sensors which were going off for no reason. Had to take the vehicle into Teton VW shop 5 times before they were able to resolve the issues. Since then we have had the vehicle into the shop 2 other times with issues that they say are fixed, but are not. They are slick salesman and talk a big game when they sell you the vehicle, but when it comes time to back up their product, they have no idea what they are doing, and to make it worse I have not meet a service rep who has been kind and understanding. I rarely leave reviews, but felt like I had to this time. I will never buy another car from this dealership and cannot wait until I can trade off this 2024 Atlas so I do not have any reason to return to Teton VW!!!

    8/21 Took our Volkswagen Jetta in. The horn was not working, the window was not rolling up, and the check engine was on. No communication. I ended up reaching out to get the status on the vehicle. It was difficult to get in touch with the service department. I would be on hold for over 10 minutes. They offered to take down my number so they could call me back with the status --- never happened. Following day tried several times without success, even getting through I could not get a definite answer and offered to have the person working on our car call us -- never happened. The following Saturday I personally went into the dealership to get an update finally got answers -- they ordered the parts and they were able to give me an estimation of the cost -- OVER $3500!!! -- for a diesel particulate filter, new horn, and new switch for the window plus the labor to get it done. Service tech was supposed to contact me for scheduling -- never happened. The next week -- nothing -- same hassle -- finally got a hold of someone. They could not schedule it until September 12th. Not happy -- almost 20 days without this vehicle. Called September 12th to schedule pick up the vehicle (repairs completed), was told that it was scheduled to have the repairs done on Oct 11th....no calls, no communication, same hassle to talk to someone. 9/12 Retrieved the vehicle, a box of expensive parts, an unnecesary oil change, and a bill for over $2400. I have it schedule with another dealership that was straight forward about the lead time (Sept 28th). It would have been almost 50 days without a repaired vehicle..that is if they were to honor this second state appointment to have the repairs done.Very disappointed in how we were treated, the lack of communication, and the lack of understanding for the urgency of getting a repaired vehicle back in a timely manner. I would caution anyone who considers getting any service work done at Teton Volkswagen.
