    I ordered a Christmas tree on November 28,2023. I received an email beginning of December that it shipped. I still have not received my tree. I have contacted the company and the shipping company MULTIPLE times but no one is responding. Please help me resolve the situation. I spent a lot of money and my family was disappointed we did not have a Christmas tree. Thank you

    I ordered a Christmas tree from the website adjustabletrees.com for $450.00. Payment was through PayPal to someone by the name ***********************. I've learned later this is a fake website that is scamming people like me out of money. I can't reach them, like I said it's a very elaborate scam!

    I ordered 2 Christmas trees from the website above. They did not take credit card payments, they would only accept cash transfers through banks or apps such as Venmo. I sent the payment through Venmo. The total cost for the trees was $1900.00 and ***** charged a $57 fee. After I sent payment through Venmo to the contact listed above, I received a text stating the trees were not in stock, please cancel the payment I made to them. You cannot cancel Venmo payments after they have been made. I let them know this and asked them to send the funds back to me through Venmo. They said I should dispute the transaction through Venmo and I would get my funds back within several hours. I said I shouldn't have to do that, they should just send the funds back to me. They said they weren't able to refund the money and asked me to request the funds be sent back. I was having issues logging into Venmo and could not complete this request until 11/21/2023. I asked them if I could reach out to them as soon as I had access and they said yes. I have not gotten a response since then. The communications took place on Monday, 11/20/2023. I went to their website and used the chat to inquire about my funds. ****** was the person who answered the chat. She told me to dispute the transaction through Venmo and that I would get my funds back within several hours and then she abruptly ended the chat. I reached out several times. I did everything I was asked to do to get my money back. Venmo cannot refund my money. The seller, Adjustable Trees has to refund my money. Adjustable trees said their account was locked and they couldn't refund my money. I asked ***** about this and they said they would not lock the account and if the seller was having issues refunding my money then they needed to contact *****. I let them know this and have not heard back. I have attached all of the communications and the complaint I filed with the ****

    On November 16, 2023 I received the item I was looking for via a quick ****** search. The website looked legit and seemed in order. I ordered the item. They requested payment via Zelle, I received an email from customer service immediately to confirm processing the order. I then received a Venmo account in which I could send the money rather than using Zelle, which I don't have. I paid $950. The money went through and they responded promptly with an estimated delivery date and order number. When I did not receive a tracking number I continued to reach out via email, the contact me page, and the phone number provided by the website. I additionally reached out via the chat bot. The chat was initially engaged but once I expressed a desire to cancel my order I no longer received any response. I tried the international number via What's App but received no response.

    On September 20, 2023 I purchased a christmas tree through the website, adjustabletrees.com. I paid the money and initially they responded to my requests for an update on shipping. Since that time, I have not received any information from the support line/ticket, the chat, nor can I reach anyone at the phone number listed on the website.
